Doctors whether they are self employed in private practice or in institutions need to constantly update with latest developments to deliver contemporary standard of care.

In current practice doctors have to be knowledgeable about “ non-academic” issues like MCI norms and ethical issue. With recent spate of violent acts against doctors, we are also expected to know various procedures and practices related to law. Sadly , little time is devoted to educate us on this topics during our conferences.

The program has been designed with ample time devoted to discussion on various common aspects of legal medicine encountered in every day practice.

              The meeting has been structured to allow delegates enough opportunity to question, clear doubts and debate issues. Delegates will get answers from qualified  authorities and at the end of each session we shall try to get some consensus from experts.
