Description
Dr. Mala Sibal is authorized by the IOTA Group to conduct IOTA certified courses both nationally and internationally. She is the principal investigator (and the only investigator from India) in the ongoing International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) study, that is headquartered in Europe. She is part of IOTA-7 Study.
Dr. Mala Sibal is a consultant in the Department of Fetal Medicine and OBG Ultrasound, Manipal Hospital, Bangalore, She headed the department from 2011 to 2013. She is also the Course Director of Gynecology Academy, an online learning portal for basic and advanced training and skill enhancement in the field of gynecological ultrasound for practicing radiologists, gynecologists, sonologists etc.
Dr. Mala Sibal did her DGO (1991) and DNB (1997) in OBSGYN. In 1998 she trained in OBSGYN Ultrasound at Mediscan, Diwakar Hospital, Bangalore. She is the author of Ultrasound in Gynecology - An Atlas and Guide.
