Description
A 20 years old P1L1 female reported to gynae OPD with complaint of progressive abdominal distension which was sudden in last 3 months and irregular mensus since 1 year.
On PER ABDOMEN examination - a lump of approx 34 weeek size felt which was mobile, cystic in consistency and nontender.
On PER VAGINUM examination - same findings were found and mass was felt seperated from the uterus.
On USG- large complex right ovarian cyst of size 381822 cm with multiple septation and floating echoes were found.
All blood investigations were normal.
Patient was taken for cystectomy.
OPERATIVE FINDINGS- A large multiloculated cyst whose upper margin couldnot be reached found adhered to right ovary and tube.
