Description

Abstract: Mixed germ cell tumors of the ovary are malignant neoplasms of the ovary comprising of two or more types of germ cell components i.e combination of dysgerminoma, gondoblastoma, teratoma, endodermal sinus tumor and choriocarcinoma. Mixed germ cell tumor with choriocarcinoma is extremely rare and this case is hence worth reporting. A 33 yrs old lady presented with Acute pain abdomen and irregular cycles, ultrasound shows right adnexal lesion, Lab report showed raised β-HCG and UPT positive. We performed right salphingoophrectomy and left tubectomy. This case is interesting in two ways 1) For its rarity 2) For mimicking as ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
